RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At VOIRE, every piece is made on demand and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we currently do not offer general returns or refunds.
We do offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:
✓ You received a damaged or defective item
✓ You received the wrong product or wrong size
✓ The print quality is significantly different from what was shown
To raise a request, please email us at mehtahemang2000@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following situations:
✗ Wrong size ordered by the customer
✗ Change of mind after purchase
✗ Minor color differences caused by screen settings or display variations
✗ Products that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
SIZE DISCLAIMER
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Our oversized fit is intentionally relaxed.
If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided or if the issue qualifies under our policy.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
