Thank you for shopping with VOIRE.
Every VOIRE piece is made on demand and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create products intentionally rather than mass producing inventory.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, it is sent for production and fulfillment.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines:
India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Remote locations may require additional time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details (when available), allowing you to track your package.
DELAYS
VOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural events
• Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
• Circumstances outside our control
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
VOIRE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses submitted by customers.
MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
In some cases, products within the same order may arrive separately depending on production or courier logistics.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
